  • Upgrade Policy
  • You can upgrade to any version at any time.  Simply download and install.
  • Upgrades within the same major version are free.  Examples:  
    -  4.0 and 4.2 would be within the same major version. 
    -  4.0 is a higher major version than 3.9.
  • If you have version 2.1 or earlier
  • If you  would like to order the upgrade on CD
Download requirements
  • PocketPractitioner has a download size of 1.4 MB, appropriate for most internet connections. 
  • PocketPractitioner Office has a download size of 17 MB and downloads more slowly.  We recommend a fast internet connection or installation from CD.
  • All versions require 0.5 MB of main memory on the Palm. However, we recommend 1.0 MB of memory to accommodate future records.
  • Palm OS 3.5 or greater. If you need to upgrade your OS, we have a Power Tip  in the  Support section that you might find helpful.
  • Microsoft Windows 95 or greater.
